Also tried launching the first black ops and it worked aswell, now when trying to launch blackops2 i don't get the "preparing to launch" screen with steamcloud disabled, and when enabled it doesn't make any matter, still won't launch.. Black ops 2 for pc i most since there has been updating steam and tried to re-install the game, change to unistall and reinstall manually delete or move the 'call of duty black ops ii' folder fromsteamsteamappscommoncall of duty black ops ii; start steam and it should all re-install, keep in mind with all 4 dlc's the download is. Black ops 3 pc black screen steam wont start fix note this is just one way that it worked for me and wont work with everyone and this is all i know..
